Bowral Sculpture Prize lucky winners are: FIRST PRIZE Edward Willson Fluidity In Sculpture Garden Judge’s Comments: “Scale, material and a tactile presence are realised in a distinctive and sensitively created work of art. Evidence of a thoughtful, purposeful making, communicating a visceral emotion. ‘Fluidity,’ has a three-dimensional purpose held with gentle assertiveness giving this artwork an authority in space.” 2nd PRIZE Eva Beltran

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea at Bowral Art Gallery Thursday 21st May at 10.30
This is a community event hosted by Bowral Art Gallery, that raises vital funds to make a big difference for those impacted by cancer. Sadly almost 1 in 2 Australians are diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85. We want to change that, and we need your help. You are invited to our Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea. Lets’ get together and enjoy a cuppa so we can support our family, friends, members and co-workers that are impacted by cancer. On show is our wonderful Sculpture

Creative Pathways winner Announced
We are thrilled to announce James Matthews as the recipient of the 2026 Creative Pathways Scholarship which is a joint partnership between Bowral Art Gallery and The Southern highlands Community Foundation. James will be mentored over the next year by Clara Adolphs and Martial Cosyn to produce a body of work culminating in an exhibition at Bowral Art Gallery in February 2027. Congratulations James, we are looking forward to the year ahead and supporting your creative journey.
