BDAS CONSTITUTION

To provide an association for supporters of the arts to meet together and foster the practice and appreciation of the Arts

To hold competitions and events for artists of all ages and standards and to organise classes and instruction in the various disciplines

To conduct the affairs of the Association according to the rules governing Associations in a proper and responsible manner

To lease, licence, purchase, sell, mortgage or otherwise deal with such land and improvements as the Committee of Management deems necessary for housing the activities of the Society

To develop and enhance such land and improvements and keep them in a good state of repair.
