The Bowral Art Gallery is the home of the Bowral District Art Society (BDAS) and the BDAS Workshops. We are located at 1 Short St, Bowral, a short walk from the main street. The gallery is a centre for the arts in the Southern Highlands, and home to a yearly calendar of exciting exhibitions. Our 3 studios offer a diverse range of classes and workshops.

As a member of the BDAS you may enrol in a wide variety of arts workshops ranging from Watercolor, Acrylic, Oils Printmaking, Pastel, Life drawing and Jewellery. We also offer various weekend and holiday workshops with highly skilled artist tutors.

Your membership gives you an invitation to join us for film and trivia nights, bus trips to exhibitions, and art history talks. Our online weekly newsletter will keep you well informed of our latest news.

You would also be most welcome to assist the society with any volunteering opportunities - from gallery minding during exhibitions and you may have special skills that we would welcome you to share.
